Region Sörmland is responsible for areas that are important for everyone living, working, and operating in Sörmland. The region ensures that the residents of Sörmland have access to equitable healthcare and dental care of high quality, a well-functioning public transport system, a rich cultural offering, and a good environment.

The Economy Department owns, operates, coordinates, develops, manages, and anchors the region's overall economic processes and economic tools. The Accounting Unit consists of 29 employees. The mission includes handling customer and supplier ledgers, incoming and outgoing payments, and other processes related to ongoing accounting. As a system administrator, you will be part of the Accounting Unit. Your workplace is Eskilstuna.

Your Responsibilities

As a system administrator in the Accounting Unit, your main responsibilities include:

• User support and management of the systems that support the supplier invoice process
• Maintenance and updating of code part registers
• Administration of permissions and register maintenance
• Documentation and improvement of routines
• Active participation in development work and implementation of new solutions.

The work is partially done in collaboration with the Purchasing Unit.

The position is varied and involves both independent work and collaboration with colleagues. You will be part of our system management team consisting of four people. In Region Sörmland, we work with system management according to a model based on PM3, which means that the work is conducted based on the needs and perspectives of the operations.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant degree from higher education in economics or equivalent
• Several years of current experience in the field of economics and accounting
• Experience in system management
• Experience with supplier ledgers/supplier invoice processes.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

• Worked with Proceedo and Raindance or similar systems within public operations.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement. There is an opportunity to work from home to some extent.
